Sponsors for Varsity Players Pregame Meals

Dear Cavalier Supporter:

The 2011 Football season is just around the corner.  Our players have been conditioning hard throughout the school year including, weightlifting competition, and 7 on 7’s.  During the summer months, the players will continue conditioning 3 times per week.  Coach Rice and the Cavaliers will begin the season August 2^nd with the first day of practice.  The regular season will kick off on August 27^th against Northside.  We are expecting another exciting season for Coach Rice and the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers as they strive to continue their tradition of excellence.

The pre-game meals for the football team started in 1995.  This has allowed the players adequate time to prepare for the game and gives them proper nutrition to perform at their maximum level.  This program has been very successful because of many supporters throughout the community, like you, that have sponsored the pre-game meals year after year.

Again, we are seeking sponsors for the pre-game meals.  We hope you will take this opportunity to show your support for the Cavalier football team and coaches.  Your sponsorship will be recognized with your business name on a banner located at the ticket booth, announce your business at each home game, include your business in our Fall program.

The cost of sponsoring a meal is $200.00.  You may choose to donate the entire cost of the meal or become a co-sponsor by donating $100.00.  Any donation will be very much appreciated.

We sincerely appreciate all the community support over the years.  This support is a source of encouragement for the team to work hard and play hard.  Please send the enclosed form and your contribution to the following address before August 1^st.  This will allow time to make sure all sponsors names are included in the program before it goes to print.
